Notice for Tender Invitation

Tender No. NDCL/05/069-70 for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Unified Communication System (UCS) and Ancillary Equipment.
Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed and competent manufactures and suppliers for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Unified Communication System (UCS) and Ancillary Equipment.
A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of non-refundable fees of NRs. 23,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees: Twenty Three Thousand only) or US$ 260.00 (United States Dollars: Two Hundred Sixty only) or EUR 210.00 (EURO: Two Hundred Ten only).
In case, the last date of submission and opening of the Tender date happens to be an official holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date and the time will remain same as stipulated.
Tender document on sale : September 12, 2012 Onwards
Closing date and time : November 01, 2012, 11.45 hrs.
Opening date and time : November 01, 2012, 12.00 hrs.
