Notice for Time Extension of Tender Invitation

Tender No. NDCL/13/069-70 for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Diesel Generator Dual Set (950 KW×2).

We would like to inform all the concerning Bidders about issuance of the following Amendments regarding Tender No. NDCL/13/069-70 for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Diesel Generator Dual Set (950 KW×2 ) published in daily newspapers "The Rising Nepal" on January 03, 2013.

A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder (Please refer to http://eproc.ntc.net.np for bidders eligibility) on submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of non-refundable fees of NRs. 15,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees: Fifteen Thousand Only) or US$ 175.00 (USD: One Hundred Seventy Five only) or EURO 135.00 (EURO: One Hundred Thirty Five only).

In case, the last date of submission and opening of the Tender happens to be an official holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date and the time will remain same as stipulated.

1. Revised Date for Closing and Opening of the Tender:
    Closing date and time:    February 26, 2013,   11.45 hrs.

     Opening date and time:   February 26, 2013,   12.00 hrs.

2. Revised Validity of Bid and Bid Security:                                           
Bid Validity: up to 120 days from date of Bid Opening.
Bid Security Validity: up to July 26, 2013
